The BD Vacutainer Safety-Lok Set 21 G is engineered for routine venepuncture with an emphasis on clinician safety. A sharp 21-gauge needle delivers smooth blood flow, while 19 cm of kink-resistant tubing provides flexibility during draw. Once sampling is complete, the integrated Safety-Lok shield is activated with a single hand movement, locking over the needle to reduce needlestick risk. Each set is supplied sterile, latex-free and fitted with a universal Luer connector for quick attachment to standard BD holders and evacuated tubes.
