The Casa Extended Rails upgrade standard Casa bed side rails with extra length and height to accommodate specialist or deeper mattresses. Heavy-gauge steel tubes are epoxy-powder coated for chip resistance and easy wipe-down maintenance. A spring-pin mechanism allows tool-free attachment to the existing mattress platform, while telescopic upper bars adjust to maintain the optimum 60 mm gap spacing when raised. Smooth-running pivot joints enable effortless lowering for transfers, and integrated end stops prevent lateral rail movement. Supplied as a left- and right-hand assembly with all hardware included.
